AgentPay gives local businesses a payment-gated AI receptionist that humans and autonomous agents can discover, call, and pay through HTTP using Coinbase x402, USDC on Base, and AWS Lambda@Edge.
What it does
Local businesses become machine-readable, payable API endpoints.
AgentPay Receptionist combines a human-facing AI front desk, a machine-readable business profile for autonomous agents, and a business dashboard for paid leads and x402 payment events.
The project won at the Consensus Miami 2026 EasyA Hackathon in the Coinbase and AWS agentic track. It demonstrates how HTTP 402, USDC payments, and infrastructure-level verification can let agents transact with real local businesses without custom integrations.
