Laird is also the owner and developer behind RentalCalcAI and the founder of LMAIsystems, his AI agency for small business owners, real estate agents, and local operators. Through LMAIsystems, he builds AI receptionists, lead funnel chatbots, missed-call automation, appointment-booking flows, and Meta and Google Ads-supported lead systems.
