Development and rental execution
Laird has worked inside development and rental real estate where capital, tenants, leases, debt, cash flow, and asset performance had to be understood through direct operating responsibility.
About Laird Miller
Laird Miller is an Arizona-based real estate development, capital strategy, and AI systems operator building a career through direct responsibility, technical execution, and real exposure to assets, lenders, clients, and operating problems.

Profile
Laird Miller grew up around real estate development, but his own path has been defined by work that forced him close to the actual problems. He has helped manage rental assets, worked through tenant and lease issues, supported refinancing activity, built automation tools for development operations, and worked on lender and capital workflows where debt, cash flow, timing, and asset performance all matter at the same time.
At Matrix Equities, Laird Miller serves as Development and Capital Strategy Specialist. His work touches real estate development analysis, lender communication, investor materials, build-to-rent support, draw tracking, deal analysis, operational systems, and the practical details that make a real estate organization sharper and faster.
Laird is also the owner and developer behind RentalCalcAI and the founder of LMAIsystems, his AI agency for small business owners, real estate agents, and local operators. Through LMAIsystems, he builds AI receptionists, lead funnel chatbots, missed-call automation, appointment-booking flows, and Meta and Google Ads-supported lead systems that connect marketing traffic to actual follow-up.
In 2026, Laird won at the Miami Consensus EasyA Hackathon with AgentPay, a project exploring AI-accessible local business services, agentic interfaces, and payment-enabled automation.
Education follows the same pattern as the rest of the work. Laird Miller started at Rollins College, then transferred to ASU Online so he could finish his degree while building in real estate development and AI software at the same time. Daily gym work, steady coursework, client projects, and operating responsibility all reflect the same growth mindset: keep showing up, stack the reps, and build through the work itself.

Speaking
At Arizona State University, Laird Miller presented to the Politics and Leadership Club on starting a SaaS business for under $100 using modern AI tools, the same operator mindset behind RentalCalcAI and LMAIsystems.
He transferred to ASU Online to finish his degree while building in real estate development and AI software at the same time, treating coursework, client work, and operating responsibility as part of the same long-term growth path.
Why the work matters
Laird has worked inside development and rental real estate where capital, tenants, leases, debt, cash flow, and asset performance had to be understood through direct operating responsibility.
From construction-loan draw schedules to lender-signature tracking, Laird Miller uses code to clean up old-school real estate workflows and make information easier to act on.
Hidden Potential showed that Laird can build AI lead funnel systems in sensitive environments where privacy awareness, trust, and user experience all matter.
